THE BRIEF

Zappfresh is an e-commerce platform delivering quality meat products in Delhi NCR. They reached out to us for their rebranding and to develop digital campaigns that would appeal to the target audience.

RESEARCH AND STRATEGY

According to the research the client’s objective was to 

  • Drive e-commerce sales.
  • Communicate their wide product range.
  • Focus on three brand values- hygiene, quick, convenient.

  1. During the research we found that the masses have a very conventional perspective when it comes to buying meat and prefer to buy their meats from butcher’s itself. 

    In order to appeal to the masses we aimed to:

    Establish Zappfresh as a trustworthy brand

  2. Increase customer engagement and followers on our social media channel
  3. Associate the brand attributes with hygiene, fast delivery and competitive prices
  4. Leverage Zappfresh website and application
  5. Zappfresh to become the first choice brand for online meat ordering

OUTCOME

We actively worked on visual language, rebranding and revised the logo to give a fresh look to the brand. A younger, more appealing and fresh route was taken. Trust and credibility was showcased through use of testimonials, customer experiences, videography of the factory etc. The App and website UI was tweaked to accommodate better communication of all values and trust building elements. As a result, Zapp fresh has gained more popularity as a platform and become the first choice brand for online meat ordering.
