Casino Days: Fix Declined Payments, Missing Deposits, Stuck KYC and Mobile Loading

You see a red “transaction declined” message at the deposit screen, often because the amount falls outside the casino’s payment limits. A deposit that left your bank but is missing from your balance, a rejected ID document or a page that will not load on your phone each point to a different fixable cause.

Deposit or withdrawal declined because of limits

The payment form shows a declined message or a field highlighted in red right after you confirm the amount. The causes are usually simple and can be narrowed down before you try again.

  • The amount is below the minimum or above the maximum set for that payment option.
  • The chosen method does not support the currency of your account.
  • Your payment provider blocks gambling transactions by default.
  • The account has a pending withdrawal that reduces the available balance.
  • Bonus funds are active and restrict which methods you can use.
  1. Open the cashier and note the payment options shown for your account. Each one displays its own allowed range.
  2. Compare the amount you entered with that range. Adjust it so it sits inside the limits for the method you selected.
  3. Check the currency label on the form. If it differs from your account currency, switch to a method that matches.
  4. Pause any active bonus on the account. Bonus funds often limit which payment options you can use for a withdrawal.
  5. Cancel a pending withdrawal if you want to deposit again. The reserved amount is not available for new transactions.
  6. Try a different payment option from the cashier list. A smaller or larger amount may be accepted through another route.
  7. Contact your bank or payment provider and ask whether gambling transactions are allowed on your card or account.
  8. Return to the cashier and repeat the deposit with the adjusted amount. Confirm the summary screen before you submit.
  9. For withdrawals, check that the remaining balance after the request stays above any minimum you must keep.
  10. Wait for the previous transaction to finish before starting a new one. Two requests at the same time can both fail.
  11. Note the exact error text shown on screen. It tells support which limit was hit.
  12. Contact support with the error text, the payment method name and the amount you tried to send. They can confirm the limit that applied.

Reach out to support when the same limit blocks every payment option on your account.

Deposit taken by the bank but missing from the casino balance

The bank statement shows the payment as completed, but the casino balance still shows the old figure. Casino Days processes payments through several providers, so the gap usually sits between the bank and the casino.

  • The payment is still being processed by the provider and has not reached the casino yet.
  • The deposit was sent to old payment details saved in your banking app.
  • The payment was made from an account that does not match your casino profile.
  • A bonus was active and the deposit was credited to the bonus balance instead of the cash balance.
  • The transaction was flagged for a manual review before it could be credited.
  1. Refresh the cashier page and the transaction history. A deposit can appear there without a page reload of the main balance.
  2. Open the transaction history and find the entry for the missing deposit. Its status tells you whether it is pending or completed.
  3. Check the bonus balance separately from the cash balance. The amount may already be there under a different label.
  4. Compare the payment details used in your banking app with those shown in the cashier. Old saved details cause most missing deposits.
  5. Confirm that the bank account or card belongs to you and matches the name on your casino profile.
  6. Wait for the payment provider to finish processing. Do not send a second deposit for the same amount in the meantime.
  7. Take a screenshot of the bank statement entry and the cashier transaction history. Support will ask for both.
  8. Send both screenshots to support and describe the amount, the method and the time of the payment.
  9. Reply to any request for extra details promptly. A manual review cannot move forward without them.
  10. Do not open a chargeback with your bank while support is investigating. It can freeze the review.
  11. Keep the confirmation number from your bank ready. It helps support trace the payment with the provider.

Contact support as soon as the bank shows the payment as completed but no entry appears in your casino history.

Identity verification stuck or documents rejected

The verification screen shows your document as rejected or the status stays on pending for a long time. Most rejections come from the quality of the image or from details that do not match your profile.

  • The photo is blurred, cropped or shows glare across the text.
  • The document is expired or the corner is folded over the photo page.
  • The name, date of birth or address differs from what you entered in your profile.
  • A proof of address is older than the period the casino accepts.
  • The file format or size is outside what the upload form accepts.
  1. Open your profile and compare the name, date of birth and address with the document you sent. Any difference causes a rejection.
  2. Take a new photo in daylight with the whole document inside the frame. Avoid flash and shadows.
  3. Check that all four corners and the photo page are visible. Do not crop the edges.
  4. Upload the file in the format the form accepts. A phone photo saved as a common image type usually works.
  5. For proof of address, use a document that shows your name and address clearly. A utility bill or bank statement works.
  6. Make sure the address on the document matches the one in your profile exactly, including abbreviations.
  7. Remove any cover or case from the document before photographing it. Reflections hide security features.
  8. Submit one document at a time and wait for the status to change before uploading the next.
  9. If a document was rejected, read the reason shown next to it. The reason names the exact problem to fix.
  10. Re-upload the corrected file through the same verification screen. Do not open a new request.
  11. Keep the original files until verification is complete. You may need to send them again.
  12. Contact support with the rejection message if you cannot see what was wrong with the document.

Contact support when a document is rejected twice for a reason you cannot see in the image.

Site or games not loading properly on a phone

The page stays blank, spins without finishing or a game closes as soon as it opens in the phone browser. These problems usually come from the browser session, the network or the game provider.

  • The browser cache holds an old version of the page.
  • The connection is weak or switches between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  • A privacy extension or ad blocker stops scripts the game needs.
  • The browser is out of date and does not support the game format.
  • Too many tabs or apps are open and the phone is low on memory.
  1. Close the tab and open the site again in a fresh tab. This clears the stuck page state.
  2. Clear the browser cache and cookies for the site, then sign in again.
  3. Turn off any ad blocker or privacy extension for the site and reload the page.
  4. Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or the other way around, and test the same page.
  5. Update the phone browser to its latest version from the system settings.
  6. Close other tabs and background apps to free memory before opening a game.
  7. Try the game in a different browser on the same phone. If it loads there, the first browser is the cause.
  8. Disable battery saver or data saver for the browser. Both can cut the connection mid-game.
  9. Restart the phone and open the site again. A restart clears temporary network and memory faults.
  10. Test another game from the same provider. If only one game fails, the problem is with that game.
  11. Check that the phone system is up to date. Older systems can lack the components some games need.
  12. Take a screenshot of any error message and note the game name.
  13. Contact support with the screenshot, the phone model and the browser version if the problem continues.

Contact support when every game fails in more than one browser on a stable connection.

Keep your profile details exactly as they appear on your documents, and confirm the payment limits before you send money; this prevents most declined transactions and verification delays.
